Cashier

Overview

As a Cashier you are the final touchpoint of a customer's shopping journey. You'll handle transactions with speed and accuracy while creating a warm, memorable experience that keeps our community coming back.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, card and mobile payments accurately
• Greet customers warmly and answer basic product questions
• Keep the checkout area clean, stocked and organised
• Balance your till at the start and end of every shift
• Handle returns and price checks following store policy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Friendly, patient and customer-focused attitude
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required
